Payment Policy

We are happy to accept payment via credit card (VISA, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, and Shop Pay. The Academy nor do the payment service providers listed above store, share, or have access to any personal credit card data. We are also pleased to offer financing through PayBright to our students to help spread the cost of the course into affordable monthly payments.

Student Deposit The cost of the Injectable course is $8,000 unless it is paid in full one month before the course start date, in which case early bird pricing will apply ($7,000). This can be paid in two instalments. However, please note that the second payment will be required before the course start date.

Model Deposit As an Academy model, a $100 deposit will be required to hold your spot. The $100 deposit will be deducted from your invoice after your treatment. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Refund Policy

All our treatments provided at The Academy are final sale. This includes all neuromodulator and dermal filler services. Please note all deposits paid to The Academy are non-refundable and non-transferable. Although we cannot offer course refund requests due to extraneous circumstances, we are happy to accommodate all reasonable requests and offer to move the student to a different course date if available.

Early Bird Pricing Policy

Early bird pricing is only available one month before the course start date for both the first and second payments. The second payment is required before the first-course date. However, please note that the early bird pricing will expire one month before the course date. Please check out within the allocated window if you would like to take advantage of the early bird pricing.

We will only share your personal information with our representatives, service providers, and contractors that are offering services in connection with the usage of service. Unless you have explicitly opted out of our email list, we may contact you via email to inform you of upcoming courses and events.

We will only collect personal information as permitted under the applicable federal and provincial privacy legislation. We may collect information in a variety of ways, including where you submit an application to use our websites and where the option is available to: create an account, place an order for any of our products or schedule to receive our services,request us to provide you information about our company and promotional offers, submit an employment application to us,contact us,provide feedback in an online survey.

By submitting information to us, you consent to us collecting your information.

Why Is Personal Information Collected?
We collect Personal Information for purposes related to managing and developing our business and operations, including: establishing and managing and terminating business relations with you,processing orders that you submit to purchase our products and services,performing any contract that we have with you, providing us with information in order to improve our websites and develop new products and services, internal record keeping, including details regarding products and/or services provided by us to you,requesting feedback through an online survey,providing you with information regarding our products and services and to notify you of changes to these products and services, and for other purposes related to the management of our relationship.
